It was mushy, slushy, and downright wet - not the ideal of circumstances - but a fun day was had by all! There was basically no visibility as the drizzle was thick, but we did manage to follow a route most of the time. The clipped branches and flagging helped. Microspikes also helped. Three pairs of gloves were essential:)
Left the car at 7:45, up the old Mailbox Trail to the top by 10:30, out to Dirtybox and back by noon and then back to the car via the new trail by 2:30.
