This short and sweet trail starts 0.3 miles east on the service road past Newhalem Creek Campground loops C & D, just past the steel grated Newhalem Creek Bridge.

The very short path is wheelchair accessible, only 1000 feet long and gently graded. As you walk along, you'll see 1,400 year old hunting camp sheltered by a large boulder along side Newhalem Creek. There is also a nice side trail that meanders 1600 feet to an old-growth cedar glade near Newhalem Creek.
